In a recent interview, I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! star Jane Moore opened up about her time in the jungle and revealed a surprising reason why she intentionally kept her distance

from fellow campmate Coleen Rooney. Moore admitted that, while the two had no personal issues, the intense atmosphere of the camp and the mental strain of the experience led her to be more reserved than usual.

“It wasn’t that I didn’t want to be friendly or engage with her,” Moore explained, “but the dynamics of the camp were challenging, and I was trying to stay focused on getting through each day.”

The jungle, with its lack of creature comforts, put her in a position where she had to make some hard choices, including avoiding certain campmates like Coleen for the sake of her own mental well-being. “It sounds strange, but avoiding people wasn’t about not liking them,” Moore explained. “It was just a way of conserving my energy. I had to focus on getting through the day and didn’t have the emotional space to build new friendships.”

Although Moore left the jungle sooner than expected, her decision has sparked a broader conversation about the mental health challenges that celebrities face while participating in reality shows like I’m A Celebrity.
